Delivery And Returns Information:

These products are made to order and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or courier damage

Once your order is placed you have up to 3 days to cancel

The lead time from the date of your order to delivery is 4 to 6 weeks

The courier will contact you on behalf of our suppliers to arrange a date/time for delivery, failure to accept delivery on the agreed dates may result in additional charges

Delivery is ground floor only, unless there is access to lifts, couriers will not take goods up stairs

It is the responsibility of the customer to check goods have been received in good condition before signing for them

Couriers are not liable for any damages caused due to inadequate space
